To enhance faculty and staff benefits and respond to the government's 114th academic year salary adjustment policy for military, public, and educational personnel, Feng Chia University recently announced a 3% salary increase for all faculty and staff, effective January 1 this year. The semiconductor industry has been one of the most prominent industries in Taiwan in recent years.
